This policy applies to any data you provide to us including personal or other sensitive data. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your data and how it will be handled. Using certain features of this app will require understanding and consenting to the practices described in this policy.
General usage of this app does not require submission of your personal or sensitive data.
You may optionally provide us with personal data through completing the contact form or submitting a crash report via the app. We do not share your data for any purposes.
This app does not automatically collect personal or sensitive data.
Usage of this app requires in-app purchase of session tokens. Session tokens are purchased directly through the device's app payment system.
In order to begin a test, an examiner record must be created. The examiner record includes first and last name. Examiner records are not submitted to Lafayette Instrument Company.
In order to facilitate test creation and organization, a subject's name, dominant hand, gender, birthdate, and education level (optional) must be entered and stored in the app database. Other notes can be optionally entered. Notes can include subject information at your discretion. Subject information is not submitted to Lafayette Instrument Company.
The app stores all data locally on the device, and the local data is not submitted to Lafayette Instrument Company. This data can include examiners, subjects, tests, and groups. The data is stored in the app until it is deleted, or the app is uninstalled, which is described in the Data Deletion section. All app purchases are made through the device app store, and Lafayette Instrument Company does not store any payment information.
Subject and test data are stored locally and can be deleted within the app. Subjects should request that their data is deleted by the administrators because all data is stored locally on the device. To delete a subject or test saved in the app database, a user should select the subject or test from the home page. This navigates to a subject details page or test summary page where they can be deleted by clicking the X button in the page navigation bar. There will be a warning that appears which needs confirmation before a subject or test is deleted. A subject or test cannot be recovered once it is deleted. The app does not provide a way to delete examiner or group data. To delete the database containing the examiners, subjects, tests, and groups. Uninstall the app or clear the app?s storage from the device?s storage settings. Deleting the app database is permanent and cannot be undone.
Any transferred data is fully encrypted during the transfer process.
Data stored in the app database can be optionally exported for storage and/or emailing via the user's preferred email application.
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted in the app and on this page.
